Created in secret from other creatures by humans they can look to be any animal. They are companions/partners of humans and each human has one. They follow all commands of humans and depending on who has one they may or may not be able to process more than one feeling if any. Each machine is specialized in eliminating or capturing a certain species and has a weapon that may or may not be concealed on it.
