Romance Section

.

All was quiet between the towering bookshelves of the library, just as it should have been. A few remote dust motes danced in the dim lighting from the lights above. Sitting against one of the shelves, Lillian Lalasu was emerssed in an old poetry book. Her hand rests on her slightly tanned face, and a strand of her long, ash white hair falls out of place form behind her ear.
Her dark blue eyes that scanned the page, could almost be mistaken for a light purple. A soft smile plays at her delicate lips, as her mind wanders to fanticies romantic in nature and of sweet words that were spoken of the heart.
She delicatly turns the page, as if the yellowing paper was made of the most delicate fabric and would tear under the slightest amount of pressure.

A silent teen walked through the shelves looking for a good book when he saw her out of the corner of his eye and stoped he stayed in the shadows captivated by her beautya though surged through his brain.

"who is that and where has she been all my life?"

Lilly sighs softly, turning another page. She was too absorbed in her own little world, and had not taken notice of Asch. Brushing back the peice of her hair that'd fallen astray, her hand rests in her lap and her lips curl up into a small smile. She'd just reached a personal favorite peice to her, 'Annabel Lee by Edgar allan Poe'. She coudl not help but read the words softly aloud to herself from her favorite passage of the exerpt.
"And this maden she lived with no other thought

In this kingdom by the sea
But we loved with a love that was more then love

His heart raced as her voice insared him, he smiles but stays hidden becuase hes too shy to speak.

Lilly smiles then yawns softly, rubbing her eyes. She closes the book reluctantly and puts it back on the shelf that she'd found it in. She stood, and streched, before grabbing her backpack and putting it over her shoulder.

He stares at her then starts to move closer but decides to fallow her instead .he bumps into a near by shelf knocking a book off to the floor.

Lilly stops and turns around. She looks at the floor where the book feel and walks over, picking up the book and placing it back in the shelf. She payed no mind to how it got there, all she thought about, was getting home so she could get settled at last. She yawns again, and turns back around, exitting the library.

He breathed softly and fallowed her out of the libaray while staying out of site the best he could.

Adrian quietly walks into the romance section, wearing his usual hat, he sits down with a book about two girls, married and happy. He frowns and throws the book aside, sad and angry. There was no love in the real world, only pain and suffering and abuse. He hugs his knees seeing the scar on his arm from a particularly cruel woman. He shakes his head trying to get away from his memories, but it was too quiet to ignore them.

Kirin was minding his own business, looking at the floor with his rich brown eyes. He narrowedly missed the flying book. It landed directly at his feet. ''What the f--'' He blinks looking down at the book. He bends down and picks it up turning it over, and clearly saw it was a romance novel. He looked up, and his brown eyes instantly went on the other eternal's form. He walked slowly over to the table while carrying the book that was thrown at him.

Adrian looked up, his green eyes finding the other boy. He was eternal, he could tell for some odd reason he always could, not that he'd run into a lot of other Eternals throughout his long life. He noticed that the book had flown to him, and that he was now holding it made his blush with embarassment. "I'm sorry" he calls, looking at the boy from this distance didnt give him much of a view. He stands up slowly, but doesnt move towards him.

Kirin didn't say anything at first as he stuck his leather covered hand out to the other eternal, which held the book that was thowen about. ''Try not to damage the books..'' He said.. When again it was him who spent hours reading the spell books in the spell section, and the piles of books that he read, he started building a mini fort around him on the floor. Yet the boy didn't need to known that. ''Or at least, try not to throw them at people.'' His voice was almost like neaither gender, not feminine and soft as a females yet not masculine as a male ethier.

Adrian sighed a little, his one visible eye casts upon the male. " I didnt realize there were any people here." he says quietly, a small smile on his face. He takes the book out of his hand, intentionally touching his fingers against the males wrist in the process, a flirtacious look in his eye. Of course that was normal for him, he didnt want anyone to know how nervous he was around people.

Kirin's eyes couldn't help but narrow as the boy touched his scared covered, wrists. They were from the day back in the slave trade the iron shackles, left a scare on his skin. Kirin hands quickly letted go of the book, sure he didn't mind people asking him about his scared firsts but then people touch them.. He disliked it unless he allows them touch them.
His leather gloved hands quickly went into his trouser pockets.
Not speaking a word.

Adrian's eye widened a little, he realized he had done something wrong. "Sorry.. again" he appologizes, stepping back so his back was against the wall. he stays back, dropping the book so it lands beside him. it was a fear of his, other people, and this male looked more than capable of hurting him. Due to his shortness, he had to look up at the male, his lip trembling.

Kirin instantly frowned. What was it with humans and other beings lately? Looking at him like that, did his outer appearance always give of a menacing approach to him?
''Why are you trembling fellow, Eternal?'' He questioned the way the boy looked in fear at him? Who would be scared of an Ill Eternal, who had now very little iron in his blood? Resulting him to cough up blood too?

"A natural.. response" He admits, pulling on a soft smile. "My name's Adrian, by the way, what's yours?" he forces himself to return to his normal way of acting. Flirtacious and sweet, just like most bunnies were, he closed his eye for a moment then reopens with worry. "You're.. sick arent you..?"

''Kirin Shimi.. or sometime known as Le Iteo.'' Kirin said he could question this boy, Adrian, about his acting/personality. Not that he hated it, it was just odd.. Kirin form had changed when he was in Rome afew weeks ago but he is still the same person, just with a colder outer appearance then his older, softer and feminine appearance. Yet his eyes narrowed again at the boy. No other eternal had found out that he was ill, in fact he had the average amount of iron in his blood, but due to the slave trade, he had a high in take of it, but now since his form had grown taller and border, his blood thinned out, he need more iron now. ''A personal question don't you think, Adrian?''

Adrian frowned a bite, unable to help the tremble of his lip as he noticed the narrowing of Kirin's eyes. "Im glad to meet you, Kirin" he forces a flirtacious smile, unable to keep his usual self hidden. after all? he was a bunny, it was in bunny nature. His nose twitched a little, like a bunny's, as he sniffed at Kirin from the distance. It was after all a talent of his to tell if someone was sick or ill. "It isnt personal.. if its true.." he says quietly, almost under his breath.

''It's personal to ones health is concerned. As for you, I could say the same bunny-boy.'' He said of course he noted the boys way of acting.. like a rabbit.. I was just as bad as the human--.. No, he wasn't going to even think about it. ''It'll only end in war..'' He mutters quietly his thoughts to himself.

"I'm not a boy! I'm a man!" Adrian declares, disliking being called a boy. His mother had done that long ago, and he hated his mother. Shaking his head, his ears move from beneath his hat. "war?" he asks, a scowl on his face. he didnt like war

Kirin shutted his mouth, he was scolding himself on the inside, obviously the BOY didn't know anything about it, and the fact that even if Adrian was older, his physical appearance didn't help the boy. While Kirin's body now looked in his 20s.
''The humans.. their numbers have multiplied in Miyagi, don't tell me you haven't noticed?''

Adrian scowled at the ground, for only a moment. He didnt like when he let anger out, he wasnt a very angry person after all. Looking up at Kirin he shook his head. "Humans... here?" he asks in a tiny voice, he had a bad history with humans, what with human traficing. He unknowingly shudders, "They're not here to hurt us.. are they?"

Kirin had history with humans as well and not a pretty one ethier. ''You should know they are around here, they breed like rabbits, and want to rule over almost everything.. What would you do if humans try to control you? Become angry, humans kill things that frighten them. They don't known what to do, so they result to the thing they known best elimination to death.'' He spoke. While sitting down in a chair opposite Adrian. ''Yet we rule over one thing, what they don't have Immortality.. Long livng, Humans grow old and age, while we don't unless, we give up on our immortality. But being immortal doesn't mean we can't die. Everything dies at some point...'' It was much like the eternals their use to be lots of them, now ownly a few livid and it was mostly males too. After all The female body is more fragile then the mans body.
