Looking to the side and seeing Mori go up higher made him chuckle and close his eyes, he did notice that Mori stuck his tongue at him which made his chuckle appear in the first place. Chiga looked down and swiftly he decided to go down for all he wanted to do was show that he could reach up that high. Falling off of the branch he landed on the ground with all four of his limbs making contact with the ground and shaking his hands he couldn't help but feel a little pain in them from the impact. "Heh, I apologize from being a show off then." Chiga remained on the ground besides he responsed to Mori's child like behavior by sticking his own tongue at him then ended it with a wink and a chuckle.

Mori ran his hands through his hair noticing that it was slightly messed up due to him being reckless in his climbing. The neko looked down to Chiga and noticed that he had returned to the ground and the teen leaned forward, his hands resting on the branch he sat on gripping slightly as he thought that for a moment that the man had fallen. Relief swept over him as he aw Chiga look back up and tease him with a wink and stick out his tongue like Mori had done time and time again. Mori huffed down at him and sat up on the branch, walking on them now in a calm manner, stepping to the thinnest of the branch and stepped onto another one. It belonged to a different tree and the neko stilled as a wind made them sway and he waited before continuing, walking now on a different tree, sitting on a cherry blossom branch and his black clothes were beginning to become littered with pink petals.
"Yeah, you really sound apologetic too."

Chuckling to what Mori said he listened to him as well as looked upward and watching him made him stare for a little while. "Yes, and you looked completely worried that I had fallen too. Did you think I died there?" Chiga teased before placing his right hand up and up to his ears which he scratched the back of them softly before looking to his feet and seeing that his sandals were intact made him sigh before deciding to walk over to the lake and watch the water move silently on its own. Chiga was awaiting Mori's response and that was why every now and again he would glance back while smirking.

Mori closed his eyes and raised his head to the breeze that passed, content with the cool feeling and the sweet scent coming from the plantation around him. His tail curled slightly and he opened his eyes as he heard what Chiga said back to him and he flushed slightly. His cheeks turning a stubborn pink. So he was worried, was it a law that he wasn't allowed to be.Mori frowned and swung his leg off the branch and slipped down the branch, jumping off the tree easily. Landing on his feet and bending his knees due to the impact and he crossed his arms as he snuck up behind Chiga. Not saying a word, the neko slipped off his shoes and circled Chiga.
"So I was worried for a moment there. What are you going to do?"
The neko smiled hoenstly and walked around him before stepping into the water. Most people questioned him, because though he was a neko, he liked to swim and play around in the water. Mori looked up to Chiga and splashed him lightly, bending down and scooping up some water with his hand.

Chiga noticed Mori jump down but didn't do anything but he did smile when Mori circled him, and after sometime of watching Mori he noticed he went in the water. Blinking rather slowly did that sort of confused Chiga for he heard from a old storyteller that if a cat gets soaked it becomes another life form that eats the innocent lives on the planet though that was proven wrong for he was splashed. Chiga laughed a little and he rubbed the water off of him before taking his sandals off and began splashing Mori back as he smiled largely. "I was about to say that I would take a hold of you and give you attention but splashing you until you were soaked is always a better choice?" Teasing further did he continue to splash Mori nonstop while laughing faintly to each splash he did.

Mori grins and steps back as he notices Chiga's looks of confusion for the moment though he didn't quite understand what he was thinking.The neko chuckled at Chiga's answer and laughed as he raised his arms to defend himself and try to keep dry though he knew he was going to most likely going to end up getting soaked which usually happened when Mori starts playing with water.
"It appears that you will be giving me attention anyway, neh~? Even if I am getting wet, heh ha!"
Mori slipped his hands back into the water and began splashing him again in a futile attempt to keept from getting soaked and trying to wet Chiga as well. The neko backed up into the waterwall yet refrained from actually getting too close to the falling water.

Blinking a few times and laughing a little to being splashed he couldn't help but notice that Mori was getting close to the waterfall and that brought a bit of worry in his eyes. "Be careful that you don't get crushed by that waterfall." Chiga could see that Mori wasn't close to it but he could not help but get a little worried and notcing that he was in the water he sort of frowned since that would mean he would have to change or stay in wet clothes until they dry and since kimonos became a bit heavier when they are wet only meant a bit of discomfort to the werewolf. Chiga did look upward and allowing splashes from Mori to hit him he decided to get a bit closer and smile playfully since they were playing from what he could see. Taking a handful of water in his hand did he place it over Mori's head and laughed with his eyes closed.

Mori blinked as he looked over his shoulder and noticed how close he had gotten to the waterfall. Though people were wary of waterfalls because rumors spread that people could be crushed by the impact of the water but this one was small. The waterfall would have probably shocked him but he otherwise would have been okay. Yet he edge away from it to not worry the wolf since he was sure that he really would fall into it. Mori gasped at the water hitting his head from Chiga dumping it on him and he ran his hands through his now damp hair and frowned to the man. Then he caught sight of his kimono and he laughed out loud before approaching his new friend.
"I forgot. Kimonos don't do very well with water, huh?"
He put his hands on Chiga's chest and smirk up at him, raising his hands to pet the wolf's wet skin visible above the soaked kimono then stepping back and splashing him once more before stepping out of the water and running his hands over his tail which was heavy from the water.

Watching Mori and feeling his touch made him blink once before smiling and then when he got splashed he couldn't help but shiver. Chiga saw Mori get out of the water and so he decided to do the same as he began rubbing the water off of him making it a little bit comfortable for him for he was glad that he got out of the water or else he would of drowned. Taking his tail and rubbing the water off of his tail did he look to Mori and since he was touched by Mori he was of course going to return the favor. Chiga wrapped his arms around Mori from behind and he smiled a little. "Heh, getting touchy and not waiting for more huh? You know to dry up quicker we could hug eachother?" Chiga teased further but was having fun no matter what.

Mori finished drying his tail off as best as he could and he moved his hands up to his hair next, shaking the water from his think black locks and running his hands over his ears making sure he didn't get any water inside them. The neko couldn't remember the last time his hair had ever felt this heavy due to his hair being a little longer than usual though it was still a couple of inches above his shoulders. Mori felt Chiga hug him from behind and he shivered slightly as he teasingly leaned back into the man's embrace, smirking already as he removed his hands from his ears.
"I like to leave my suitors wanting more~."

Smiling and keeping his arms where they were he couldn't help but nod understanding what Mori meant. "Interesting. I am always the one to try and get what I want." Chiga placed his right hand up and placing the back of his hand against Mori's cheek he let his ears slant backwards and he kept them slanted for a while. Chiga was pretty sure that Mori was teasing and that was why he teased back as well as letting his wolf tail to softly go around Mori's for he wanted to see a reaction and if there was none then he would be alright with it.

Mori stiffened at the contact with his tail, he didn't exactly like people touching his tail. He found it be a weird tingling kind of feeling and didn't appreciate having that feel when he was in a normal mood. The neko reassured himself though that Chiga hadn't really felt his tail just connected their tails together. Mori teasingly returned the gesture and wrapped his much longer tail around Chiga's in a loose embrace. He smirked at the wolf over his shoulder and perked his ears.
"Oh my. How selfish of you. Yet determination is good, neh~?"

Chuckling to Mori's response he nodded as he kept the back of his right hand up onto Mori's cheek he softly hugged him with his left. Chiga did smile to the response he had gotten from both of their tails being together that he decided to just kiss Mori on the jawbone which was exposed to him. "Do you like that I am both selfish and determined? Though I have to say it is a bit of a good thing just not entirely if it pushes the ones I care for away?" Chiga guessed that was what happened between the love with him and Matoba's distant related grandson that his own son Nora hated the relationship and thus ended it which was why he came here.

Mori's right ear twitched to the touch of Chiga's hand to his cheek. The neko raised an eyebrow to the wolf and placed one of his hands on Chiga's hand that held his face and he chuckled as he gave a honest shrug. Thinking back to his previous and only relationship, he tried to think of any time when he was determined and equally selfish. He could only remember being selfish sadly yet determined in a few places.
"It is good to be determined but sometimes its better to let go. Other times you must be selfish yet you also cannot be too selfish. It is fickle~?"
Mori felt Chiga kiss his jaw and he chuckled slightly, it tickled in a way and he lightly elbowed the man carefully though not wanting to hurt him but play around with him.

Laughing silently to both the touch he then let go and allowed his tail to also let go he smiled to the faint impact and he nodded hearing what Mori said. "Everything is fickle now a days and sometimes things happen which is just unfair." Chiga looked down with his ears flat against his head and his tail limp he honestly looked sad. Though he didn't want the many people of Matoba's family to take care of him he still missed the love from his grandson and though his son was against it he really wanted to go back but he couldn't for he already betted that he found someone else already.
